Why won't my order go through on the website?

Firstly, please make sure that your billing address is correct and precise, and that the name on your card and card information is entered correctly.

A likely reason that some orders do not go through on our website is that we can only ship to the billing address on your card.  If you enter a different shipping address the order will not go through.  This is done for security reasons, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

If you do not have a different shipping address, and would like to place a phone order, please call us from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday pacific time, and we will be happy to assist you.
